This was my first visit to this location. I ordered a small burger for my grandson and a small burger for myself. No extras. No fries. No drinks. No bacon, etc. It was $18. They were very friendly, but the guy cooking the burgers was so slow. It took almost 20 min to get our burgers. I love a good burger, but sadly I can't say this was one. The bun was cold and the burger itself wasn't juicy, like they are known for. Maybe it was just off that day, but I ate only half of my burger. I just couldn't force myself to finish, even after paying $9 for it. Very disappointing.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and when we opened it up, there was literately a 2in piece of bacon on the burger, when we told the guy that we are going to need more bacon than this, he said it’s going to be a wait and he seemed frustrated that we were willing to wait. What is the standard here…is there no standard? Is there no customer service? These burgers are already overpriced, at least compromise with good product and good service.

Let me start by stating that I placed our order online and had my daughter pick it up while she was out running errands. If you are ordering online, you should know that a cheeseburger does not need the cheese added when you are checking what toppings you want. I wasn't sure since it looked like I needed to let them know what we wanted on each one. So, we all got EXTRA cheese on our burgers- not that this is a bad thing! But it did make an already expensive meal even more costly. Our burgers were all different, and each was done correctly and tasted delicious. Additionally, I appreciated that each one was numbered and those numbers matched the description on the tag attached to the bag. It is awesome not to have to unwrap each and peek under the bun to get the burgers to the correct person. I was really excited to learn that there is now a Five Guys here in Mansfield because they have the ONLY fries that I can still say that I love. Sadly, the fries is the primary reason I had to knock off a star. Previously, I have learned to share a large order because we always received a bag full of fries that had overflowed the cup. This has been the case at every other location I have visited. Since there were three of us today, I ordered two large fries with the thought we were going to have so many fries that I cut my burger down to their "little burger". Those two orders of fries added $19.52 to the already rather pricey total, so I don't feel like I am complaining when I say I felt very cheated when I ripped into the bag. There were indeed two large cups inside, but they were sitting on top of the three burgers. There were 4 or 5 loose fries, half a dozen packs of ketchup, then the sandwiches. My daughter snagged one cup for herself, leaving one for me to share with my husband. Here I was thinking I was going to get MORE than I am used to getting, and I actually ended up with fewer. I probably would have accused my salt loving kid of eating the extras on her way home, but the bag was still taped shut when she brought it in. I was worried that having a Five Guys so close was going to be hard for me to resist, so I am trying to put a positive spin on the feeling of having been short-changed by looking at this as a deterrent to making this a weekly event. Truthfully, at these prices, a visit once every 3-4 months is more in line with our budget.
