I placed a pickup order on the app approximately 8 minutes before I arrived on location to pick up my order at the drive thru. I waited at the window for 10 minutes after being given my coffees (I ordered 2 coffees and 2 croissant sandwiches) only to be told that they had no croissants. Why did it take them 10 minutes to determine they couldn't make my order?

I have visited many Dunkin locations for coffee and Donuts, Today I stopped in this one located in Mansfield Texas. Nice newer looking store, wasn't busy at all since its late morning. I ordered just a 6 pack of Donuts to take home, Total was 9.00 for 6 donuts, Nothing fancy, 3 glazed and 3 powered. All 6 of these donuts and hard, dry, and stale. Must be a week old already. For 9.00 my expectation is they are fresh, not dry old crap you cannot eat. Last time I purchase from this location. Corporate needs to monitor these stores since they are charging a Premium for crappy products.

This places was dirty and nasty, it’s in desperate need of new management. we first went to the drive through and we couldn’t hear in the speaker, so we just decided to go in. The customer service was horrible and the food was awful the place was dirty. I can’t even describe what we experienced.
