EVERYTIME something is missing or not made correctly it’s becoming too common it’s ridiculous. Customer service is good but PLEASE train them more on how to cook/make items the way they’re suppose to be made
- DDdinaFeb 1, 20261.0I ordered a caramel craze iced signature latte without whipped cream, but the drink I was handed at the drive-thru looked like milk and sugar with no coffee. The drive-thru employee, Caden, even asked, “does that look right?” which it didn’t. I pointed out that there was no coffee, and instead of remaking it, he dumped some of the drink out and handed it back saying he added coffee. The drink still looked extremely watered down and not at all like what this latte usually looks like. When I mentioned that, he just said “idk.” I didn’t feel comfortable drinking it. Very disappointing experience and poor handling of a simple remake.

Two gentlemen in the drive thru laughing, the girl came back to the front and did not give us our HOT chocolate. Standing there and clearly NO ONE asked to help us or did she ask did you need anything??? I guess they figure adults just like standing by the counter. We stopped coming due to bad experience since it's closer to us came back to give it a last opportunity. Whomever owns this place it’s known for BAD service, and coming from Chicago where we love our DD. Teach the staff customer service. 12/29/25 1:30 PM. Drive to another DD now I know why my husband prefers to go to the local Donut shops own by Asian old ladies. They don’t speak a lot of English but it’s packed.
