She called the cops on me bc I demanded a refund since the food never came and instead of deescalating continued to scream.

They still honored it and gave her the small cone for her reading log. It was above and beyond service and she was elated. Their holiday menu is also delicious! We enjoyed buying the egg nog shake.

Sat in the drive through for 5 minutes. NO ONE ever came to the speaker. And the employees were inside just talking. Mops buckets over turned outside the building. Disgusting. Employees seem to not care and clearly management or DQ corporate doesn’t care either. Building outdated. Looks filthy. Not well kept. Shut it down! Will never go to this location again. And no I will not be emailing about my experience.
