Anyways you’re welcome for my last service at this location.

There were no other customers in line, yet I stood there for about 6 minutes with employees walking right past me as if I wasn’t even there. It felt like I was invisible. The only employee who eventually helped me was busy talking with friends in the back first, which made the whole situation even more awkward. When she finally began taking my order, things moved quickly — until we reached the paying part. She suddenly stepped away to help the next guest, and I was left waiting again. Another 6 min wait for no reason. Overall, the customer service was terrible. The employees seemed more interested in chatting in the back than actually helping customers. Chipotle really needs a night lead or someone responsible on duty to manage the staff, because this kind of service is unacceptable.
