Meals are always fresh, seasoned perfectly and presented well - whether boxed to go or dining in. The consistency is unmatched! DISLIKE…ALOT: We recently placed an order online and at check out the tip option was automatically checked. Out of habit (and ignorance), we proceeded with the purchase not realizing the $10 tip was added . The argument of the excessive tip culture on take out, online orders, to-go orders, etc. is one that will probably never prevail from either side. However, the fact that the box is automatically checked prevents one from mindfully making a decision to do so, is perceived as deceptive, and leaves a bad taste in ones mouth (pun intended). As a faithful customer who loves to support a local business and has no other complaints, we are requesting that you consider (at minimum), the removal of the auto check box for the tip option for online orders.
