I received 2 bagels uncut with nothing on them. Having paid extra from cream cheese i complained and was told i received what i ordered despite the receipt on the order and on the bag itself saying with cream cheese. I couldn't get any help from uber because they have no customer service past a robot that ignores details and only cares about receiving the order or not. I contacted customer service for the company about the employees completely messing up the order by ignoring part of it and didn't even get a response let alone compensation for paying for something i didn't get. I ended up not having a use for the extra bagel. I ate one plain but it was dry and disappointing. The second was supposed to be for later but i didn't have anything to put on it at home. I didn't order a bagel with nothing because i knew i wouldn't enjoy it. Yet that's what I ended up paying $20 for. I wouldn't trust this location to make orders properly, especially not for deliveries. Nor the company to care about creating such a bad experience. I won't order from any locations again because they stole my money.
