  Remember, this is breakfast first meal of the day order two sourdough sandwiches nastiest thing I’ve ever stuck in my mouth and cold. They remade the order, but wasn’t much better than the cold one didn’t have any mayonnaise. The excuse was the company didn’t send any probably because they don’t want them to kill their customers with bacteria for not refrigerating it properly first meal of the day ruined the whole day. Should have a sign in front eat at your own risk. Don’t even have any cinnamon donuts. How can they call themselves a doughnut place?

  I stop by the Mansfield location on Matlock, for coffee and breakfast on my way to the golf course. I hung out a bit to enjoy the atmosphere. The manager was full of energy and the team was very helpful. Enjoyed my visit.

  I tried calling the store to contact the store manager/shift lead to provide them with information regarding my inedible food. To start, each time I have ordered from this particular Dunkin’, they have either butchered a simple iced coffee with cream and sugar, have burnt food to where’s its inedible, or have forgotten items altogether. The staff that are ‘employed’ through this franchise are absolutely abhorrent and unprofessional. Help me understand how a young adult is calling a woman ‘queen’ and ‘sweetie’? Not appreciated. The hygiene of the staff raise consistent concerns, whether it’s wearing pimple patches or long nails that are clearly unsanitary for an establishment that handles FOOD. Today, I ordered a plan bagel, toasted with cream cheese. I returned home to find that this bagel not only went through the slicer multiple times via blade marks, but wasn’t even toasted! On top of that, there is a negligent amount of cream cheese on the actual bagel. I would absolutely be appreciative of a working telephone number to speak to a manager. This location needs to serious work.

  This is supposed to be a medium banana protein latte…. First this is a large cup. The drink tastes nothing like banana. I’ve gotten this drink from several other locations and this Mansfield location is somehow always messing up. I gave it another chance today and the donuts I bought were stale and hard. The last time I was here they gave me my coffee and the color was white . Im not one to complain so I just kept on and realized I was drinking just milk with sugar. I thought they messed it up with another drink they had on the menu but realized that wasn’t the case. How could you forget the coffee? This is the last time I’m coming to this location.
