  I ordered a 2 topping medium pizza online and my total came out to $15.96. Once I went to pick up the pizza I realized they had a TWO for that same price deal. A mix match deal or something of that nature. I explained to the manager MARI that’s the deal I would like to get. She mentioned I had already placed my order so she couldn’t do that for me.. I said can you not just refund me and ring the deal in so that I’m able to take advantage? She said no because I already placed my order online. The mix match deal is actually less expensive than the pizza I ordered. Common sense would be to make the second pizza for me, because they’re not missing out on anything I am still willing to take my first pizza but of course take advantage of the second one. That was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a pizza place, and I’ve actually never had an issue. I help customers as well and I find them the best deal possible so to just not help out was very disappointing to me. I will not be returning there if that’s the kind of employees they have managing the place.

  Whoever the girl is working tonight that answered the phone and claimed to be the manager needs to be FIRED. We had been waiting on our order and when it didn’t show up for an hour, we called and she said the delivery driver said they came and knocked but no one answered. We asked why they didn’t ring the doorbell(common sense), she said because there were no notes to ring the doorbell. We let her know we have cameras and no one ever came to our house. We also have a German shepherd that would’ve barked. She hung up on us. So my husband went to the store and she was immediately rude and combative. She insulted him and yelled and cussed at him. She told him he could not have the pizzas or a refund. Then proceeded to call the cops. Nathan was kind enough to bring the pizzas outside while my husband was waiting on the cops. Someone that acts like that and says they don’t care about their job should not work in customer service. Based on other reviews this is clearly an ongoing issue that has not been resolved still. I would attach the video of how she was acting but I can only attach pics. So here is her face! Steer clear of this location!!

  I love this location. Pizza always hot weather it's delivered or pickup order. Any combination. You dream of is delicious with a very pretty presentation. If its nit tadty then you chosen yoppings that just dont pair well, but that presentation gonna always be gorgeous. Delivery is on time. Love the tracker.
