  Went to the drive up. Cars stacked up not moving. I finally get to the speaker and nothing. I see the guy in the window with a headset on. I decide to pull forward and ask about the speaker. Employee states it does not work .. I asked the simple question why not put an out of order sign on it and pull forward… was told not allowed .. so then I asked why don’t the employee waive people forward .. no response. If that was not enough they have the buy one get one for .99 for blizzards .. I did not get that offer and was told I would have had to ask for it … what the hell crazy store is this. Do better!!

  I would give 0 stars to this location if I could. My family of 4 arrived at 9:15 pm for their drive thru. We were completely ignored at the speaker and then drove up to the window to order and were ignored there as well. We waited 15+min. for a worker to come speak to us. Two of the workers saw us and ignored us, the 3rd came to the window, shut it, walked away and didn't return.

  First time at this location and it looked like it was closed, so we accidentally passed by and had to come back. I got the Royal New York Cheesecake blizzard and it was kinda pricy, but it was yummy. I enjoyed the graham crackers blended in with the chunks of cheesecake pieces, and the syrup and strawberries on top. Overall, a pretty good ice cream.

  My dad went today with my daughters, im completely disgusted. The burgers were undercooked, the nachos were stale. The staff was rude and freakin unprofessional. My daughter was crying upset on how the staff treated her inside. I wouldve taken the food back up there but my attitude too bad, so I figured I save that for karma. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND I WILL MAKE SURE TO SPREAD THE NEWS TO ALL OF MANSFIELD. Disgusting.

  Every time I go here there’s a issue 40 minutes for ice cream Speaker doesn’t work They tell you to park and wait for your ice cream I could’ve cooked a well done steak in the time it took for a blizzard
