    Amazing food & customer service! Unfortunately, I feel unsafe at this particular location and I will never return. I’ve been going to this Chickfila once a week around 2PM and the most loud, rude kids decide to come during this time and pushed me away. Today, they decided to take pictures LEANING on my car and left fingerprints all over. I will never return to this Chickfila unless Chickfila tells these guests they need to behave and respect other guests.

    I have been to so many Chick-Fil-A restaurants and this one was the best experience I have ever received! When we walked in they told my husband to take a seat and someone would take our order at our table while I went to the bathroom. An employee I forgot his name 🤦🏼‍♀️ came over with a tablet and took our order and recommended the strawberry lemonade to us. He even got a hight chair for our daughter. They came and brought our drinks and food to us (normally you go order at the register, get drinks there then they bring you the food) but we never had to get up from our seats! When we left my husband was like this was the best experience we have ever had at a Chick-Fil -A location.

    I went to this Chick-fil-A drive-thru yesterday morning and the experience was unacceptable. The line was extremely slow, and instead of employees doing their jobs, they were talking, laughing, and playing around while customers were waiting. My order was missing items, and I couldn’t come back because I was already on the way somewhere. That’s what happens when people aren’t paying attention. I called the store to address it, and the person I spoke to was unprofessional and hung up on me. I said what I said on that call, and I meant it. I also told them I was going to leave a review—and here it is. When it comes to my money, I will speak up every time. I’ve already contacted corporate, and this location needs to do better. Be more professional, pay attention, and respect your customers.

    Update: I received a phone call directly from the owner of this Chick-fil-A. He advised me that he took time out to listen/watch the video and also had a conversation with his staff. He also apologized on their behalf and even went above and beyond and added a chicken sandwich to my account. As a business owner myself, that shows he has pride in his establishment and was very sincere in making things right. He not only made a point to uphold the standard of the Chick-fil-A brand but more importantly listened to my concern and was genuinely compassionate. That goes a long way in my book! I placed a mobile order from a sister chik fil a and my order was wrong. My son's sandwich has pickles on it so I went to this location to get the correct sandwich. At first the young lady was going to exchange it but then 2 other guys who said they were teameam leads said its at their discretion if they correct it. Lesson learned, at this location, I can redeem rewards from ANY other location but they won't fix an order from a sister location. Got it! I easily spend $1,000 easily each month at this location due to the amount of business transactions for office lunches etc. Not anymore! Mr. Breedlove, please remind your young team leads that sometimes in life you don't jump over a dollar to get to a nickel!

    I had a very concerning experience at this Chick-fil-A location (1570 E Debbie Lane on 03/19/2026 around 8:20 PM) that should be reviewed at a higher level. What should have been a simple order correction turned into an unnecessarily escalated situation involving multiple staff members, with no clear effort to resolve the issue professionally. Initially, the shift leader (Jessica) took the food and stated she would have the order corrected. She repeated what should not be included, which showed she understood the issue. However, after going back inside for several minutes, she returned without a resolution and indicated the issue could not be addressed, which created confusion and shifted the direction of the interaction. Shortly after, another employee (Ellis) came outside and identified himself as a “Director,” which I later learned was not accurate. From that point forward, the situation escalated rather than being resolved. Instead of working toward a solution, his approach was confrontational and unhelpful. I was told I could record, which I did for my own protection due to how the interaction was unfolding. At one point, I was told to take the food or it would be thrown away, and the food was then forced into my vehicle, causing it to spill inside my car. Another staff member was present but did not intervene or attempt to de-escalate the situation. Despite remaining calm, the situation escalated to the point where law enforcement was threatened or involved without justification, which was extremely concerning. I also did not feel that I was treated with the level of fairness, respect, or professionalism that customers should expect. The overall handling of this situation raises serious concerns about judgment, escalation practices, and how situations like this are managed. This matter has been formally reported to Chick-fil-A Cares and I expect a thorough and accountable response. This is not about the food it is about professionalism, accountability, and how customers are treated when issues arise.
