  Very good! Philly cheesesteak and good fries. I like it better than the get the two cheesesteak restaurants in Arlington.

  Liotti is so helpful, responsive and offers the best customer service. She goes the extra yard to satisfy customers and is a fantastic representative of the company. She should be promoted. The food is great, the service is fast and the employees here make the service great!

  This review is mainly about the worker in the register. I was just telling someone today about places we go, I mentioned I will go places just because of customer service. The girl at the register is kind and friendly , when not bringing people food she was constantly cleaning restocking etc.. but again friendly .. things we take for granted that should be done but unfortunately we do not always find that.. workers in Charlie’s are always pleasant.. I do not frequent a lot yet still same service. We’ll post ticket.. taller woman glasses Af/Am

  Delicious food and wonderful staff! Management specifically goes above and beyond, Liotti was amazing in making sure everything was perfect for me and my families catering! If you love a good sandwich this is your go to place !
