    Seated at a dirty table, host wiped down table left crumbs all over and was soaked. Then waited 10 mins no one stopped to say we will be right with you or anything so we will take our business elsewhere. Saw a table come in after us get all their drinks before we were even spoke to.

    My first time here, we sat at the bar and Milani was are waitress and did a fantastic job. Very personal, professional and pleasant.

    Recently visited BW's in Mansfield, TX on a Tuesday evening. Ky our waitress was awesome. She did everything right. She went thru the specials, walked me thru the website and the app, and got me a great special. Her timing checking in on us was perfect. We love to stop in for tots and traditional wings. The tots weren't quite as crispy as usual but were still very good. The wings were amazing as always. This place has had some better wait staff lately and Ky was proof of that. Nicely done BW's.
