If the food is good the customer service is meh... If the customer service is good, they burned my baby's cheese pizza. Now I'm a carry out girl, so my rating reflects my interactions with the people face to face. Now one thing I will say is they don't play about that 15 minute pick up time. Only one time have I waited longer than 15 minutes and that was because they remade my order. I go there TOO much to give them a lower star rating, UNLESS they piss me off which they haven't... Yet. So yeah, I recommend, until I don't.
