The 100,000+ square-foot store provides customers with an expanded product selection along with services and features, including Pharmacy pick-up spaces, a Curbside area with dedicated parking, a fuel station, and car wash. - LHLaura Holland3 days ago5.0OMG It's fabulous! I was there on the first day it opened, and you could tell all the shoppers were happy and so delighted to have a good grocery store in Manor. I kept remarking to other shoppers how exciting this was....and they all agreed. Manor has been a food dessert for alll of the 40 years I've lived here, and now that I'm ready to move into Austin they finally have an HEB! And it is wonderful. I noticed the new concrete parking lot, totally unstained (yet) and the bright shiny clean floors inside. What a delight to finally be able to find the things you're actually looking for! I give it a 10!!

Wife has asked for certain products to be stocked but those requests have gone unheard. Nice & spacious but leaves me needing more.

Only having 2 registers open when you are asking everyone to head to the registers because you close in 15 minutes. Making people with 1 or 2 items wait behind someone who has 20+ items is terrible. And don't blame staffing, cause it takes 1 person to watch over self check out. And there were a lot of workers restalking or doing other closing tasks while still having about 30 people in store. Management is completely incompetent
- LRLeffler RameyNov 8, 20251.0I was profiled with my wife and child here, i had my kid in the cart and as we were going out the door the cart suddenly locks, jerking my son’s head forward. I immediately am confused, then i’m confronted by a random employee asking to see my receipt . She spends the better part of a minute looking through my receipt with 6 items on it, and then questions me about the water which is purchased by the gallon outside. She didn’t even know how people get water at her own store. This whole even t has made me reluctant to go to this location again.
- JAJessyca AnayaNov 4, 20254.0Its great shopping, Employees are helpful. Everything is great, up until you get to the registers, some are wonderful others not so much. The person's in charge of bagging items. Just tosses and throws the groceries how they want.. fruits and vegetables they leave them at the bottom and bag all the hard stuff on top of them and just tossed them to the basket. Now for coupons, they literally went thorught all my bags and took items out, didnt bag them again just so they could confirm the item I grab was correct.(I understand that, but at least bag the items again, dont leave them in the basket ) People at front could use a little more training on how to handle the merchandise... they put my rosted chicken side ways. I had to move it before it spilled everywhere. If I could self check out I would. But my items today exceeded the limit for self check out. Other than that, greatful for having an H-E-B
