- DDDonya3 days ago1.0Just picked up curbside and when I got home to unload, I immediately see I was given mushy strawberries. I call it in and a curbside employee disrespectfully responds to me with the dumbest solution to drive allllll the way back through even traffic and dinner time. I tell him i cannot do that and she say “fine. A refund. Whatever” as if I have inconvenienced her and It’s my fault they are mushy. As if I’m the one who chose low quality produce! I asked her what her name is and she LIES and says “ummm Renée”. I ask her to pass the phone to a lead and the lead say that’s not even her name! WOW. super trashy hospitality and training tbh have happening at a BRAND NEW location. Do better. If you hate your job, leave. You literally applied and agreed to give great customer service and pick produce with respect and integrity. What a fail.

Their partners (employees) were very helpful and really friendly. Will visit again during the week as the weekends are too busy for me personally.
- ZRZach RomoJan 1, 20261.0I love HEB. However, the new HEB in Manor is a pretty big disappointment. All their hot ready to go food is terrible, old, and overcooked. They have less options than the typical HEB, even their $1 loaves of fresh baked French Bread is always hard. It is also surrounded by never ending traffic with no way to exit eastbound on 290. Once you’re done shopping it will take you an hour to get home a few blocks away.

The grocery store is always clean and everyone there is pretty friendly and involved if you need assistance. The selection of organic products and health products allows me to shop there instead of having to drive into Austin. The parking lot is a little busy, but it makes sense and is worth the extra steps because of the quality of shopping, customer service and products inside the store.

It's one amazing store. What I really like is they are sanctuary store meaning anybody can shop there in ICE is not allowed on the premises I LOVE have a really honored Texas traditions and The Hispanic culture. That's just not what they're all about. Texas hebs come to the rescue when we have a disaster. They're the first ones on scene and the last ones off. That is one amazing store. I wish I was part of them other than just being a customer, but they do value us just as much. Love you, HEB Oh, and when one of my children moved away I was sending them HEB care package at least once a month, sometimes twice #HEB#TEXAS
