  On Sunday, March 1st, I visited the H-E-B in Manor. I checked out at Register 7 with Carlos as the cashier. He did not make eye contact or greet me, and he did not say “hello” or “have a nice day.” The young lady who was bagging my groceries, however, was very friendly and spoke to me.

  Yesterday day February 10 2026 about 130-2pm... I dont mine helping out with packing my own food when the store is short or packed with customers but I hated to see the 5 HEB employees standing around talking and watching me put my food in the bags I felt like I should've gotten paid yesterday! People get off work spend money their at HEB then have to do HEBs job 🙄 then I gotta go home and work /cook 😒 😩 😑 ...im not a manager but my focus would be own the best customer service especially at the checkout line...getting customers in and out with a smile However My Manor HEB so far has been very clean and friendly.

  This review is for Mark out there on the curbside front!! I ordered heb delivery for a party im hosting, scheduled it early so we can prep. Our favor driver didn’t knock upon arrival, didn’t even know he came by. We waited and waited until finally I check favor and it said order was canceled. I called heb curbside and let them know my card was charged, no one knocked and wanted to see what happened. Mark immediately without hesitation said he’ll grab fresh items and have it out to us ASAP, I was fully ready to just go to the store so this was awesome. Of course we love our heb and these are the reasons why, no one does better!!

  This morning I went to heb at 6:20 am, there were 3 ladies standing by the self check out area and I asked for assistance with balloons. They just looked at me and turned around without acknowledging if they were calling someone or not. I walked away and just assumed one of them would get help for me. As I was standing at the balloon counter Manny was in the produce area and saw me standing there. He asked me if i needed help and I said yes, he was upper nice and helped me with my balloons. He apologized to me for the ladies not helping me, we talked for a while as he helped me, he made my experience so much better and turned my bad experience to a great one. Thank you Manny for the help, I greatly appreciated it!

  Honestly H-E-B ya’ll are doing amazing these employees are doing there best especially during the ice storm we just had I know these kids were under pressure and were trying their best to go fast and I am definitely certain that they even did overtime because of all the panic shoppers & the amount of unnecessary shopping people did I know all lot of people under appreciated these kids when all they did was support us and be patient and they were definitely tired and probably didn’t get breaks but all I have to Say Thank you to all the employees & staff. 🤍 TO: ROSCO CORONADO I could not hold myself but look at others reviews but publicly calling out a specific employee by name and insulting their abilities isn’t the best way to handle it. If there was a real issue, H-E-B has managers and customer service channels specifically meant for resolving problems in a fair way. Posting online to criticize a worker personally feels unnecessary and unprofessional. We’re all human, we all have bad days, and none of us are perfect. It’s worth thinking about how you would feel if your own name was mentioned like this under reviews at your job. At the end of the day, it’s easy to speak harshly through a screen, but that doesn’t always reflect the full situation or show much respect for the people involved.
