- AJAldo JassoDec 21, 20251.0Disappointing Drive-Thru Experience at Dutch Bros I had a really frustrating experience at the Dutch Bros drive-thru recently. They have two lanes, so naturally I assumed both were open. I waited patiently in one of them, only to find out—when I was already at the front—that they only serve one line. No signs, no cones, no indication whatsoever. To make matters worse, instead of helping me out, the staff told me I had to back up and get in the other line. Not only was that confusing and inconvenient, but it also felt unsafe trying to reverse in a tight drive-thru lane with other cars around. It’s baffling that a place with such a busy drive-thru wouldn’t have clear signage or better organization. I expected more from Dutch Bros. Definitely not the kind of service that makes me want to come back.
- SGSofia GarciaDec 19, 20253.0never have i ever received such bad service while receiving my drink!! the girl who took my order was nice! but once i got to the window and received my drinks i saw that the chocolate milk i ordered with whipped cream and sprinkles didn’t have any..so i asked if she could put some and she looked at me and proceeded with an attitude she also said “why did you say it like that” “it’s not my problem that they didn’t add that to the order” she just continued with attitude. i’m sorry if i ordered it like that then i should receive it like that. also the only reason i was so specific is because it was for my daughter and it makes her happy when i order it like that.
- LWL WNov 30, 20251.0We stopped to get one latte and fill a water bottle cup as I am pretty pregnant. They told us they could not serve the cup we brought. But they can fill a cup. We did not think much of it, and said ok! Next thing you know we paid 12USD! For one coffee and one cup of water! To me that’s just outrageous of a price. If you need to charge me for a cup, sure 1 USD but she charged us for two lattes when we only received one! Would not recommend this place!

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
