  This is the second time this Chipotle has messed up our order, and it’s pretty annoying. We ordered two burritos online, and didn’t realize the mistakes until we started eating at home. My fiancée can’t have dairy, and we clearly ordered no cheese and sofritas. They still gave her a burrito with cheese and chicken. I ordered carne asada and didn’t get it at all. We tried calling the store, but their automated system makes it impossible to talk to a real person. There’s no way to get the issue fixed. This location needs to get it together. Order accuracy and customer service should not be this bad.

  The food was good, but every time I go I ordered the same thing a burrito; I have a problem with the portions they don't have good measurements all depents on the person (nomas al ojo) serving sometimes very little rice, beans or barley meat, this last time I can literally count the beans and rice they put. I SUGGEST to use scooper spoons.

  This place does not play around with portion size. The last two orders in 3 days in vintage Chipotle portions. I also order through the app and ask for extra. Just ask and you will receive.

  First and last time ordering food from the manor chipotle. We ordered online 9/18, brought it home to find my son’s quesadilla completely deconstructed. They just gave us a tortilla and chicken, I ended up having to cook the quesadilla and use our own ingredients as they didn’t even provide cheese. Then when I opened my meal, it had two plastic lids buried deep in the bowl. So I had to throw my $15+ meal out without eating it. The automated chili pepper was so unhelpful and I ended up having to find a number to call to speak with someone about finding foreign objects in my food. Which I find to be a major health hazard. They offered to put rewards on my account that expired within one month, and that is a joke of a response to someone who found plastic objects in their food. Obviously their food handling needs more training and it’s terrifying as I don’t know if they safely handled my son’s food. If my meal had foreign objects in it, I can only assume that his did too. I will not pay outrageous prices to have this experience again and I hope that the rest of the community doesn’t either. Chipotle has exponentially declined in everything from the ingredients to their service, however their prices continue to rise every year. Do not eat at this establishment.

  I walked in, I was first in line, after 35 minutes of waiting they finally took my order, then said they didnt have ANY meat out yet, took my kids meal order, that proceeded to sit for 20 minutes while i waited to order two more burritos, that is all i needed to get. So i order the carne asada burritos (that i had to settle for steak in because i waited 30 more minutes for carne asada that never came ). Then needed to order a chicken burrito, which instead of the worker, taking my order, She just assumed I didn’t want anything else and let the guy behind me go. Then after i finally got to order the chicken burrito. Everything was mot good, the queso they put on both burritos seems to have been sitting for a while and she had to SCRAPE the sides to get some crusty queso out. All in all worst chipotle i have ever been too, save yourself and go to a different one. And on chipotles part, id consider new staffing 😂
