I visited this location for the first time a few nights ago around 9 PM after getting off work. My partner and I decided to stop by, fully understanding it was later in the evening. What we did not expect was the level of rudeness we experienced from the staff. From the moment we pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, the woman taking our order had a major attitude. We were polite the entire time — saying “yes ma’am” and “no ma’am” — and were completely understanding when told certain items were unavailable. However, every time we asked about other options, we were either ignored or met with more attitude. It felt dismissive and unnecessary. When we got to the window, the behavior continued. Eye-rolling, short responses, and then suddenly we were told that the items they had just confirmed were available were actually out of stock. There was no apology, no effort to fix the situation — just “there’s nothing we can do.” What truly crossed the line for us was when my partner gave his name for the order. He clearly stated his name twice and even spelled it out. Despite that, the receipt had “Pablo” printed on it. That felt extremely unprofessional and honestly disrespectful — especially considering he is Hispanic. It did not feel like a simple mistake. The food wasn’t even good at that point. The way we were treated left a bad taste long before we even pulled away. Customer service matters, and this experience was incredibly disappointing. Will not be coming back

I was excited about experiencing the highly acclaimed Bojangles that recently made its mark in Manor. Upon entering the establishment, my best friend and I were greeted by the brightest and friendliest smile and welcome from Jordyn. Jordyn didn’t hesitate to answer questions about the menu, suggest sauces and share Bojangle’s rich North Carolina history. Jordyn very relatable, personable and it was obvious that she took pride in her position and ensuring customers were educated about the restaurant’s offerings. Our order was delivered to our table within minutes and it was fresh and visually appealing. Jordyn and the manager, Rosa, had amazing table-side service and made sure our dining experience was nothing short of amazing. Drawbacks- the manager, Darius, conducted a very private, and what should’ve been discreet, meeting reprimanding an employee in the dining area. The personal details being shared were within earshot and it tarnished our experience. As our visit continued, he proceeded to walk around the lobby speaking loudly on the phone with an employee and lacked discretion and regard for both staff and patrons. I’d be remiss if I omitted his militant style yelling when preparing orders. Overall the food was flavorful; the chicken was well seasoned, tender and juicy; the fries were crisp and light, and the biscuit was buttery and fluffy. Jordyn is the poster child for exemplary customer service and Rosa was very kind and pleasant.

My friend and I stopped into the 290 Bojangles after voting at Manor High School. We were greeted with the warmest hello, smile and welcome from the cashier (Jordyn)! This was our first visit to any Bojangles restaurant and Jordyn enthusiastically went through the menu and even described what's in the Bo Sauce, and the differences between the North Carolina menu in comparison to the offerings here. Everything came out fast and made to order and the customer service was so great! Both Jordyn and the Manager (Rosa) came by to ask us how we enjoyed our sauces and left space for feedback on everything we ordered. Talk about over and beyond! The 3 piece was filling, crispy and juicy The only feedback I have is for the management to reconsider reprimanding employees in the lobby, where customers can hear the conversation. Also, I don't think it's not necessary to yell out orders (military style) to the young staff (or anyone) learning the ropes, because it's disruptive to the customers, and not a very friendly learning environment, experience or good example. Other than that, best of luck in Manor!

I called ahead yesterday morning and spoke to someone about having 12 of the 6 pack of BoBerry biscuits ready for me to pick up at 5:30 this morning, The gentleman I spoke with assured me he would let the staff konw so they would be ready when I got there at 5:30 this morning. So I made the trak from Cedar Park to Manor, arrived at 5:33 a.m. only to be informed they had no Bo Berry biscuits, the person who know how to make them, had not shown up for work yet, and they were not aware that they needed to have that many biscuits made this morning. Total lack of communication has ruined what was supposed to be me introducing my co workers to Bojangles, now I am going o be telling them to stay away from this place . Thanks for wasting my time and gas for nothing. Sad state we are in here when communication and lack of work ethic is at this level.

My very first experience at Bojangles made me extremely uncomfortable. While placing my order at the first window, I asked for a honey peach pepper dipping sauce and was told to request it at the second window. When I arrived there, I was informed that there was a $0.45 charge, but the employee said she couldn’t ring it up and could only offer ketchup packets instead. Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience, she repeatedly stated, “Next time it’s a charge.” The employee’s attitude throughout the interaction was very unpleasant. Another gentleman working there attempted to be sincere and help resolve the situation, but the female employee (African American, wearing two ponytails) became visibly upset with him for trying to assist us. The fries we received were also disappointing. What bothered me most is that my child was in the backseat and witnessed the way I was treated. My husband is a district manager at a fast-food restaurant, so we understand the importance of professionalism and customer service, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Overall, this left a very poor first impression.
