  I placed an order on the mobile app. When I went to pick up the order they tell me they arent allowed to hand the order to me from the drive through window. There was no one at the store and no reason they couldnt hand me the food I paid for and told me their boss said mobile orders must go inside to pick up the orders. That is an idiotic rule made by a sad manager who wants any semblance of power over people. The employees shouldn't listen to such a dumb manager. Please dont embrace stupidity

  Nearly every time I order food for delivery from this DQ they don’t include my blizzards. Now I know the drivers are not lying and DQ is not giving them to the drivers. 4 blizzards ordered and 0 received once again. Do better, we work hard to earn our money and when eating out it is often a luxury.

  I can respectfully elaborate; food not fresh, taste old/stale, and quite frankly I'm scared to eat there. Ice cream taste like dirty freezer 🤮 looks. Ever had a hamburger and fries cooked in a microwave? That's what this taste like, expect it's now cold. It's past disappointing. not all Dairy Queens are the same. This one is the closest one to me and it's the last one I will go to. If this is what is for dinner, I'm not eating. Luckily the whole family agrees so it's never even an option when we go. Never met a Dairy Queen I didn't like. Congratulations on being the first and only!

  El servicio y la comida bien, yo creía solo en el helado pero las hamburguesas les quedan bien 👍🏼 😅 los aros de cebolla estan muy doraditos 😋
