  I’m not sure how it happened but I placed a mobile order that clearly stated guacamole and chips and was given queso. Then no where on my order did I request fajita veggies but to my surprise that’s what I got. I’m not one to complain but I don’t understand how these things could even happen. Not very happy with my experience.

  Not really sure why the reviews are this low, this location has never failed me. The chicken quesadillas are always well-toasted, with perfectly melted cheese and fully cooked chicken, unlike some other locations.

  My first burrito came out with very very salty rice and the 2nd one first bite in it immediately deconstructed and to top it off the queso was very cold. I never gave out a bad review before but this chipotle here in manor managed to get on out of me. But atleast customer service is decent.

  I was excited to have Chipotle come to Manor TX. My experience here today was not aceptable and and possibly even dangerous to our health. I received uncooked steak meat on a burrito and a salad. When I contacted restaurant over the phone was greeted my an incompetent and rude manager. Needless to say I want something done about it as I'm sure this is not a reflection on all Chipotle restaurants.

  Not a pleasant experience. Reason #1) I’m ordering a burrito. I ask for pico de gallo. She takes a fat scoop and plops it to one end of the burrito, literally in isolation of all the other ingredients . I’m like, “uh, that doesn’t look right.” And she is clueless and is like, “what’s wrong?”. And I find myself having to explain to this woman who has one basic job on how to assemble a burrito. I have to help her understand that no one wants their first set of bites to be only tortilla and pico de gallo. She still didn’t get it. So I had to manually instruct her to spread the salsa across the burrito. Reason #2: The bathroom is a mess. Refer to pics. Reason #3: Two of the meats I wanted were not ready. So I had to go with something else for protein. Reason #4: The trash can is overflowing. Refer to pics. Reason #5: An expensive burrito for what you’re paying for, ingredient and service wise.
