    Best wingstop ever. I ordered 2 boneless orders and the doordash person picked up the wrong one. Not only did the location make it right but they gave me an extra fry for the trouble. Did not have to do that at all. This is customer service at its best. If you want wings then this is the place to go.

    I’m extremely disappointed with the repeated issues we’ve experienced at this location. For the prices being charged, there should be a much higher level of consistency and accuracy. Last month, over half of our order was missing. We drove 40 minutes back to the store, and while the assistant manager was gracious enough to have the food remade, we were told by the manager that this would be escalated to the GM and that we would receive a refund for the inconvenience. That refund was never issued. To make matters worse, when we got home again, several items were still missing, including our dips, and the food itself was dry and lacked flavor. Because of this, we stopped coming for a while. Unfortunately, when we decided to give it another chance today, we had the same experience—missing items yet again. No ranch, missing portions of the order, and even the extra seasoning we paid for on the fries wasn’t included. We typically spend $75–$100 per visit and go out of our way to come here, so this level of service is unacceptable. Repeated mistakes, incomplete orders, and unfulfilled refund promises make it very difficult to continue supporting this location. Please do better.

    First two times was a great experience at this location. First time, they got my order wrong, but in a good way. I got extra food I didn't pay for. It was awesome. This time, I put an order in at 7:00 pm. Coming from further away I set the pick up time at 7:45. I arrive at 8:00 and the food was not ready. Hey, no biggie. Its a Friday, they are busy. The alarming thing was seeing that my name was not on the screen they use to track orders. The employee assured me they were working on it. Fifteen minutes later, no update, and it still doesn't appear they have even started on my food. I asked the employee when it would be ready... he said at least 20 minutes. Last time I come to this location. Get your act together for crying out loud. Update: finally got my food at 8:40 pm. After checking again with the guy at the counter, it was revealed to me that they had not even started on my food. Despite giving my name asking for updates several times, repeatedly being assured by staff that they were "working on it," they were in fact, NOT working on it. A clueless manager emerged from the back and made the experience worse by asking "Uh, they didn't really explain it to me very well, so can you tell me what happened? We made your food wrong or something?" Yeah, no... I explained the situation and she offered to make my food herself. "Personally" was the word she used. I said ma'am... I don't care who makes my food just please make it. Waited almost 2 hours for some chicken. Apparently they had multiple orders with the same name and mistakenly marked mine as picked up before I even got there/before the food had even been made. Well hey, at least the food was good and hot. That's the one positive thing I can say about the experience. They forgot two of my ranches though. 😒

    Really clean, looks like they just mopped at 9pm. Most of the team looked to be busy lots of DoorDash orders being picked up. I only waited about 13/14 minutes for my food. My only complaint was that my 2 ranch dressings were forgotten. (Which is the best part) Living in old mag 15 or so minutes away it not worth driving back, but we are human so it happens. Food was still delicious, just spicy without the ranch. Hope they get some good management and team members that care. Being in the food industry myself, I get it.

    I recently stopped by Wingstop, and it ended up being one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Wingstop. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and organized. The employees greeted me right away and were really friendly while taking my order, which immediately made the visit feel more personal instead of just another fast-food stop. One thing that stood out was how patient and helpful the staff were. I was trying to decide between a few flavors, and the person at the counter took the time to explain the differences and even gave a couple recommendations based on what I usually like. You could tell they actually knew the menu well and cared about helping customers pick something they’d enjoy. The food came out surprisingly fast, especially since the place was pretty busy. Everything was hot and fresh. The wings were perfectly sauced, the fries were crispy, and you could tell the order had been checked carefully before it was handed to me. Nothing was missing, and everything looked exactly how it should. What really made the visit memorable, though, was the teamwork I saw behind the counter. Even during the rush, everyone seemed to be working together smoothly. The staff stayed positive, communicated with each other, and still made time to be polite to customers. That kind of energy makes a big difference and shows the store is well managed. Overall, my visit to the Wingstop in Magnolia was excellent. Great service, fresh food, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. If you’re in Magnolia and craving wings, this is definitely a spot worth stopping by. 🍗🔥
