  Delicious açaí bowls, when they are available. Last two times to the store they were out of all bowls.

  Wanted to love it, but the experience was extremely subpar. I visited this location on a Friday afternoon, And there were three employees and around two guests at the time in the restaurant. I waited at the terminal for about five minutes until one of the managers came up to me to take my order (all I ordered was a wrap). After doing so, I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes to wait for my wrap, meanwhile drive thru Orders took priority, With approximately 3-4 orders passing through the drive-through in the time that it took for me to wait for my single wrap. I asked the manager if it would be faster if I went through the drive-through, and he Informed me that it would take ‘the same amount of time,’ Even though I saw drive-through orders pass with at least 1-2 sandwiches and smoothies per order (while I was waiting). The quality of the food was subpar as well, leaving a sour finish to an already sour experience. Giving equal Treatment treatments to walk-in and drive-through orders would resolve these discrepancies, allowing for an increased customer Experience. I will likely not be returning, unless I’m willing to wait 20+ minutes for a wrap.

  I stopped by Tropical Smoothie while waiting for my shift to start, and the employee Kindle was super friendly and welcoming. They noticed I was waiting around and made sure I was taken care of with great customer service and a positive attitude. It honestly made my day.

  Was excited about this place til I went in and they don’t have any meat alternatives like the other stores. Also the menu doesn’t really have good options. Smoothies good though.

  I tried this place and thought the place was clean, the people were really nice, order accuracy was there, the smoothie was huge and really good (pb/chocolate/ banana), not too sweet, tasted good and perfect consistency for me. Had some food; the chicken bacon ranch flat bread was pretty good i thought(the bread was really good), the BBQ slider my mother in law got she liked it and the tai wrap my wife got was really good she thought. The value was great I thought, 24oz smoothie, the "pita" and a side for 14 plus tax w/out a coupon. I have never been a smoothie person, but these were actually pretty good. I recommend this place. For a fast food place where you're not looking to spend sit down money, this is way better than taco bell or a burger n fries I thought. Didn't feel guilty n fat after I was finished.
