  I would do no stars if l could, first thing male employee comes out of women’s bathroom. No broken men’s room excuse, no signage just a locked men’s room with no one in it. Elderly lady employee only one to say l’m sorry for that, red headed young man, l assume manager looked at me rudely and said men’s room is not broken. Okay, so why is he in women’s bathroom ?? Moving on to no greeting upon entrance which we heard for others. The food, Mexican pizza and soft tacos were awful. I mean no taste, so sad you have to put on so much sauce to get flavor. After seeing other reviews l see why this place is sad unfortunately they will have business for the moment because there is little to chose from out here. I myself will think twice before eating here again…

  This was a drive through experience. Your order is taken by an AI attendant. When I got to window the perso greeted me and we were speaking as I was getting my card out for payment. However the person next to him was rude and telling him to hurry. There was no one behind me. The empenadas were not in their package, instead they were bouncing around freely in the bag. Most of the tacos and burritos were wrapped poorly with wrapper almost falling off and wadded around it instead of folded. The nachos bell grande wa primarily chips with tomatoes and very little of anything else. Overall this order was a bust.

  I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent visit to your Taco Bell location.The service was unacceptable. When an item I requested was unavailable, the staff failed to offer an alternative or handle the situation professionally. Furthermore, the quality of the food was the worst I have ever received. I ordered a Cheesy Zesty Potato, but the potatoes were old, dried, and extremely hard. Additionally, the meat in the chicken chalupa was dry and tasted as if it had been stored improperly. While I typically choose not to return to an establishment rather than leave a negative review, the quality of this meal was poor enough that I felt compelled to reach out. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the standards at this location.

  I was there on Monday this week eating dinner with my family. There was only 3 employees in the back working, 2 what seems to be have making food and one assisting the customers. The lady I spoke to was very sweet and welcoming and she offered us free drinks for the wait and even a dessert for my little one. However later after we got our food loud yelling, screaming, and cussing emerged from the back of the store. I’m not sure what was happening back there but it ruined our entire dinner. It was only after another worker had came in that i heard the yelling and screaming and cursing. The young lady i spoke to when we first came in was in the lobby broken down crying. I’m not sure what this store has going on but we will not be back. Nothing good comes from workers yelling and then someone coming out crying.
