  Wife sat in line for over 15 minutes waiting on her food and all she got was a 10pc nugget meal and 6pc happy meal. When recieved the food wasnt even hot. Could hear the employees laughing and messing around in the kitchen. Very disappointed in the service here.

  Wait time for food needs to be worked on. Not the first time I’ve received cold food after waiting far too long when it’s not even a large order. Waited to make a review as one instance doesn’t make or break it for me, but after it becoming a reoccurring theme every trip, I decided to share my experience. Your employees are polite in every experience I’ve had, they’ve apologized for the wait, their attitudes have never been rude or short. Probably just stressed and need good leadership

  Burgers were a mess. Took 20 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 burgers. Sundays are not a good time to go.

  Tell me why I have to wait 20 mins in the drive through for one Big Mac and I’m the only car in the line at 6pm , let alone the workers do not know how to work the POS system or how to ring in food because it took him 5 mins just to ring it in telling me to “hollon one sec”

  Fries were cold, hot fudge was cold, they forgot our chicken nuggets and it took 20+minutes to get our food. I went to the counter and an employee walked by and didn’t even ask if I needed help. I had to get his attention after he walked by me to get the chicken nuggets. Honestly it’s comical how awful the service was, they do NOT care one bit lol Nobody checks reviews for McDonald’s but I figured this was worth putting out there to maybe save someone their time and go somewhere else.
