  Old black lady that works the front has the worst customer service, and has no sense of urgency! My pickup order was 5 minutes pass pick up time, she could care less. She told me she doesn't hurry for anyone but JESUS..really rude, and preceded to try and not give me the order on purpose to make it even later. BAD REP FOR Y'ALL

  I have heard and read different reviews but personally I love this place. I have been eating McDonald's food for over 40 years and I still love it.

  This McDonald's location is the nearest to my home, but I plan to visit the Woodlands Pkwy., FM 1488/I-45, or FM 1488/FM 149 locations in the future. I usually visit in the evenings, but recently, the customer service has been exceptionally poor. During my visit last week, I waited at the front counter for at least 15 minutes before receiving assistance. The large hispanic female manager, was sweeping directly in front of me and did not offer any assistance. There appeared to be at least 8-10 hispanic staff members present. Several female employees were standing, awaiting food items to be placed in bags, and they also disregarded me. There were a few others standing and talking to one another, and I was completely ignored. I was shocked and I found it difficult to believe this was happening. This location used to have wonderful customer service. There was white male Asst. Mgr. who previously worked in the evenings. I assisted him once with a ride home to Willis, TX, when his vehicle was down. He was always very pleasant and professional when I came in, and he would respond immediately when customers arrived at the counter. He mentioned that his manager was abusive towards him, and he felt it was because he was a white male member of staff, and when I asked why he did not report it, he stated he needed his job. He has not been there for some time, and I anticipate that many customers will also stop visiting due to such inadequate customer service. There seems to be a bias in staffing, and I will certainly not be returning to this particular location.

  What a horrible experience! I took my kids to get some fries at 10:01 PM; by 10:16 PM, I was still waiting at the window. They took my order over the intercom, but no one even approached the window to collect payment—or even to tell me whether my order was ready or not. I went inside and asked, “Excuse me, are you guys are working?” They completely ignored me. I asked them again, and they just started laughing. There was another gentleman inside who said, “They’ve been ignoring me for a while now, too!” I hope they can hire people who actually want to work. On top of that, I also used the rewards app to order another fries, and they didn’t even give me that order either. Seriously—almost 16 minutes just for some fries? What abysmal service. Mis hijos y yo NO COMIMOS MUESTRAS PAPAS.

  Shocked to post this but very bad food service tonight from what is usually a good location , old burnt + stale fries , and a burnt burger?? How did they manage that ? Old and cold food and a long wait time oh my wives nuggets were also old and stiff , idk what is changing at this location but please figure it out
