First, I was told that coupons and rewards don’t work there, which honestly felt like a cash grab. Then we ordered a Snicker Doodle Cookie Frosty, only to find out after paying that they forgot to make it—and then we were told they didn’t even have the cookie crumbles in the first place. The rest of the food was thrown together lazily and didn’t meet the quality I’ve come to expect. On top of that, it seems there was a change of management and the new manager handled the situation poorly and seemed lost. Overall, it was a negative experience, especially compared to how this location used to be.
