- BMburg mayorsDec 21, 20251.0I went there today with my older sister to get some brunch. We were sat immediately and everything was going fine but when we got our food we were missing some of my sisters meal, and my pancakes, plus they had brought me a plate of bacon with some eggs. I didn’t remember ordering eggs but i began eating the bacon thinking this must be mine since i ordered a side of bacon. Minutes later while i’m still eating my bacon the server comes and takes the plate from me while im still eating saying “i brought the wrong plate” without even asking to take it or anything practically ripping it from my hands. Then she comes back out and gives me my pancakes. eventually she gives me some bacon so i just start eating. Then my older sister finds a huge piece of hair in her food. So she tells the server and she brings her a new plate of food without us asking (which is sweet we are just specifying that we weren’t rude or begging for a new plate) Then we also ask about the missing food from my older sisters meal and the server brings it out when she does she says “it’s not my fault” about her mistakes. That was mainly it that was kinda bad about this experience but i would like to mention a few things. Firstly my intention of writing this is too not get her fired but to hope that they can realize there mistakes. secondly there’s a lot of things that could’ve gone differently or prevented this review. anyways have a nice day and happy holidays.

Fried chicken sandwich was amazing. And we couldn't resist tasting the blueberry cake donuts. Family enjoyed the leftovers. We'll be back!
