  Came in to pick up a DoorDash order and the wait time was extremely high. Everyone behind the counter didn’t seem to care about the lobby full of people except for one, GiGi. This young woman not only kept us all informed but even offered us drinks for the long wait time. She was friendly, kind, informative and did what the manager failed to do. Way to go GiGi!

  Kiosks have taken over the drive-thru you now have to order through a robot. Normally we don't have issues getting our order but the last couple of times are soft tacos have been soggy

  Kiosk orders only... Priority given to the drive up customers, so be prepared for a long wait. No options in fountain drink sizes; you have to pay for a large. Dining room dominated by loud 15 year old employees taking their break at the best tables. Finished and went to pitch the waste in the garbage, found no can inside, so I just left it sitting on the table.

  I used to work at Taco Bell, and this location though new seems to never get anything right. They're always getting ingredients wrong, missing ingredients items should have. For example my cheesy gordita crunch which is one of my favorite items had almost no spicy ranch on it. My cheesy bean and rice burrito which is also one of my favorites that I specifically ordered with black beans and paid for sour cream on it had regular refried beans, the rice was dried out, it had no nacho cheese or creamy chipotle sauce which it's supposed to, and no sour cream. They were also out of baja blast and didn't want to swap out the syrup which only takes like 2 minutes which is less time than it took to get my food. It's unfortunate that neither of the 2 Taco bells by my house are edible. And this is a new location. You'd think they'd want to hire a good team. They're all friendly, no complaints there. But I probably won't be ordering here anymore which is sad because I love Taco Bell when the food is fresh and right like it should be. I worked at Taco Bell for about 4 years so I know my expectations aren't unrealistic.

  The staff was so rude in the drive thru, the AI was useless, and the food tasted terrible and old. Everyone here looks like they hate their life. I would give no stars if it was an option. Stay away!
