This was not just bad service — it was an outright disaster. I visited subway today and experienced what can only be described as a complete breakdown of customer service, professionalism, and basic operational competence.
The employees were dismissive, poorly trained, and acted like they couldn’t care less. No apology. No urgency. Just blank stares and robotic responses. It was inexcusable, unprofessional, and flat-out unacceptable.
This isn’t a one-off mistake — it’s a symptom of a location completely lacking leadership, training, and standards. If corporate or local management has even the slightest concern for the subway’s brand, they need to audit this store immediately and retrain or replace the staff.
This experience was insulting, infuriating, and a total embarrassment to what should be a reputable restaurant. I will never return, and I’ll be warning everyone I know to steer clear of this location until serious action is taken.
