  yesterday i made a small order and i also gave a tip on my credit card with the payment for the order, .. my server was Garbriell from what my receipt says, when she gave me my order she made dang sure i seen her middle finger as she was holding my order... that was so rude ! and next time i wont let that fly !! i gave u a tip, on a very small order because i know how little your paid hourly.. and to make sure i see your damn middle finger ,pissed me off , you succeeded in making my day... you need to respect your customers because THEY give you the job you chose to have !!!

  This location (Smith Rd, Magnolia, Tx) is the worse...ordered 2 burger combo meals, both burgers were made wrong, waited to get them remade, 1 got fixed right but 1 still wrong, so had to wait again...it's like the cook is not even paying attention to the order when they are making it, it took 3 tries to get a burger right...that location is 5 miles from me but in the future I will drive to a location (further away) that actually cares about getting the order correct the first time

  Monica is a human ray of sunshine! She is so attentive and helpful. Even brought out extra big straws for our strawberry limeades. If I could only order from her and have her serve us, I would ONLY go to this Sonic.

  Some of the employees need to brush up on their customer service skills. Who wants to order food from a rude employee. You can tell by the way they are short with their responses and tone. Do better. You don't like the job, get another one. Simple.

  The butter garlic burger was my favorite item. Very bummed it has been taken off the menu- not just at this location, but all locations.
