- JCJoshua CollinsDec 5, 20251.0Quite a few terrible McDonald's in the area but this one takes the win for the worst. Kids were hungry so stopped to get happy meals. Asking for toppings to be not put on a cheese burger is beyond the staff here. So asked about this at the pay window to make sure it was correct then at the pick up window. Lady handing the food out the window opened the first happy meal and looked down told me she didn't have time for this that I could check myself once I pulled out of her line because she had to get it moving. Ok then we'll guess what it was wrong go in talk to the manager who acts like she doesnt care that her employee's are rude and can't get an order correct. Irritating is the manager seen me standing there for a couple minutes before she actually came to correct the situation. Staffing is horrible. Long story short I give second chances as places have an off day ever once in awhile so I get it but after 3 trips to the location since we use the store across the road I will drive out of my way to go to a different location from now on. Corporate needs to come in and straighten this one out!
