  I tend to be a very easy to please person, it takes a lot for me to feel the need to leave a one star review, I ordered my order 30 minutes before I arrived at the store, I know how the app works and so for that reason, I told her that I had arrived at the store about 10 minutes before I got there, when I get inside, there was a line to the door and I had to wait another 20 minutes for my order that I had ordered ahead of time and given an ample notice of. While I was waiting on the order, multiple orders went out that did not have items that they were supposed to and customers repeatedly had to come up to the counter and ask for things that they were missing, a customer came inside with a puppy, and five members of staff walked into the lobby to look at the puppy instead of doing their job and dealing with the line that was out the door. And even after all of that, when my food was handed to me, it was cold, and the fries were soggy and limp, and my burgers were missing things that I ordered on it, I left because I have better things to do with my time I will not be returning to this location, Absolutely the single worst experience I’ve had at McDonald’s and I will be also forwarding this review to corporate, abysmal service. This location absolutely needs to be taken over by corporate and out of the hands of whoever is running it because they are not doing their job either. How on earth do I wait that long for my food to come out and get cold food, two cheeseburgers and a fry, not a single person in that building is doing their job.

  every time i come they forget the sauce. and when u charge for that it isn’t okay. it’s ridiculous.

  Order was wrong, had an extra burger but missing fries. Went to the Ren fest and this was the closest mcD's. Next time I'll just bring my own food to make

  Asked to park when ordered though the app, their speed of service for corporate might look good but we waited over 10mins for our order and when presented with our order we were missing a kids meal, I was asked for the receipt, why would I lie about a kids meal? But whatever showed my receipt, then continued to wait another 10mins for the kids meal to be brought out! Worse experience from McDonald's I've ever had!
