  I could tell that team member Jobalee/Jovalee <sp> is the type of employee you'd love to be able to clone. He was attentive, personable, efficient, and great at juggling multiple tasks and customers. Thank you for the kolaches today, they were fresh and delicious.

  I go to this location as it’s very close and normally I have no issues. Today there were lots of cars and because there is little space in the drive thru when I pulled around I was farther from the box than normal. I wasn’t acknowledged when I pulled up so a waited a bit and said good morning. No response. After about a minute a young man asked me for my order. I began telling him what I wanted and in the middle of me talking he said” I can’t hear you, you’re talking to low” in the rudest voice imaginable. First of all I’d like to point out the decline in customer service and respect all across the board in restaurants like this. Second, if the employee who caused the disrespectful situation to a paying customer and a regular is well liked or worst needed because of lack of staff, etc, nothing will be done. And these employees will make it their mission to give you the worst experience every time you come. I realize that this may be the case and thought I’d let the “powers that be” know because this is going to be my last visit to this location. I told the young lady when I got to the window how rude the young man was and she told me to have a great day. I then asked her to get the manager who I have talked to many times in the past as they have left items off my order and given me the incorrect order in the past. As I was talking to the manager, the young man that was rude overheard and came to argue with me my about my complaint. Somehow he thinks that his feelings and attitude somehow outweigh how customer service works. I had to excuse myself and leave, as the manager then had to stop the young man from trying to prove his case to me at the window of the drive thru. That’s the type of service that we are paying for and it has nothing to do with the customers experience.
