  Staff was super nice, but… I have never been inside of a Jimmy John’s as long as I was here waiting on my food. And that includes the 1:30 in the morning, bar closing college rush at the original location in Charleston.

  Delivery sucks now that they are using Uber Eats/Grub Hub/Door Dash, and their prices have gone up because of it. I've been waiting for an hour to get a couple of sandwiches delivered 1 mile. When the owner actually paid delivery drivers it would arrive in 10 minutes. I used to order from these guys all the time. This is the last time.

  Paid almost $20 for a sandwich with barely any meat. I paid for double meat and cheese and got all lettuce.

  Walked in tonight to try it for the first time and had a great experience. Sandwich was delicious and the attention was great! The cleanliness of the place really impressed me!

  Ordered a to go order after driving 7 miles to get order called to say they were out of bread, but they would have fresh bread in about an hour???
