- ALanna luetta1 day ago1.0I had asked the cashier if they had watermelons bigger than the small personal ones and was told they did. I asked if it was okay to bring the groceries I just paid for with me to go grab one and they said yes. I never found a large watermelon. My cart was locked after I paid for all of my groceries and I stood there confused. I thought there was something wrong with my cart. I like this HEB for the convenience, but am considering doing all of my shopping at Costco from now on.

I have been very happy with them and have used the floral for wedding here at our home as well as special trays for holidays. The deliveries for the most part are spot on, but for the one off they always make it right! I love my HEB Magnolia they are wonderful, kind and friendly!
- KWKaty WinslowFeb 19, 20261.0I use to personally love shopping at Magnolia place 2 , it was always a great experience with me and my young kids but the service has left me not wanting to return. The managers are rude and cashiers are too busy talking to eachother to care about me. There use to be a Manager there , hard to pronounce her name but my kids absolutely loved her and she always made us feel welcome and wanted. Now it’s clear half the service team doesn’t want to be there or are only there to collect a check. I will not be returning ever again.
- GHGlendora HuffFeb 11, 20265.0This is the newest HEB in our area. It is neatly organized and employees go above and beyond to help you. It is very well stock with all our needs. It has a health area, a bakery, and a very good deli. Their cheese section, besides the deli, has a wide variety of cheeses and spreads. Their flower department is very good, and they have plants indoors and outdoors as well. They have the kitchen in which they cook their products and sample them to you, asd well as different areas of the store have samples of food at different times of the day.There is a Woodforest Bank as you enter the store, and the bathrooms are clean. Parking is always plentiful, with special spaces near the store for parents with small children. Weekdays are never as busy as weekends. It is also surrounded by many restaurants, so you can eat before you go grocery shopping. Their pharmacy staff is also knowledgeable and friendly, ands they have a drive through as well. Like most stores, they have a dedicated area for your online orders. A very complete store. We like their friendliness.

I’ve had them run into my cart with my kids, & it makes shopping here extremely stressful. We also recently had a terrible experience with the floral department. My husband picked up flowers for my birthday & they were wilted & dead within 24 hrs, & he trimmed the stems & put them in water as soon as he got home. They also never filled an order I placed over 2 weeks ahead of time. Another family was there to pickup their order & experienced the same thing. They charge you for the entire order when it’s placed & then don’t even bother to complete it on time. This was very frustrating, and they offered no recourse.
