- JEJoanna EverettSep 10, 20251.0The girl answering the phone always says she’s confused that’s very bad for business it’s second time last time was bad enough to hang up n go to papa Johns , this time manager was in back was slamming things around and cursing in front of my kids because an order came in , the cashier just smirked like it’s the norm when I asked about it , poor management is the issue here maybe the two friendly guys be promoted they had good customer service. I said bone IN buffalo wings 3 times to make sure the order was right and got some weird boneless concoction with cheese even ?! given the way the manager was behaving it was probably intentional. We did not eat the weird wing concoction and will not be returning to that location. At 7103 fm1488 evening 6 pm shift on sept 20,2025 if crew will be coached I strongly suggest corporate be notified because it looks like management issue.
