  Let me tell you the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. This establishment takes the cake for being the most atrocious Chipotle that I have ever had the displeasure of dining at. Why? I ordered a steak salad bowl. One loves to be healthy and free. However, they decided to strike me down by giving me 5 pieces of lettuce in my salad. Salad does not contain only 5 pieces of lettuce. Usually, there is more. To add more salt to the wound, the steak was incredibly chewy. I had to spit it out. I could not consume it. We also unfortunately ordered a burrito. A fifteen dollar mistake. The rice was hard, presumably uncooked. The queso, which I paid a $1.80 extra for, came in mountainous clumps, resembling cottage cheese more so than a delightful queso treat. I asked for a small portion of lettuce, yet I received more lettuce in the burrito than I did in the salad. It seems they have mixed up these two classic dining experiences. I will not be returning to this chipotle, unless I get a craving for a terrible meal. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

  There is a reason this location has such low ratings. I live 2 miles from this place but ALWAYS choose to go to the location on 242…why? Because they actually speak English there, they give you decent portions and they aren’t totally incompetent. Just save yourself the headache and choose a different Chipotle or give your money to another company entirely.

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at the Chipotle in Magnolia today, and I want to specifically recognize Robert for making it a 101% experience. He genuinely took what would have been an average visit and turned it into something over the top through kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Robert went above and beyond explaining options and was incredibly helpful throughout the ordering process, but what really stood out happened after I had already sat down and started eating. I realized I just needed a water cup, so I got back in line. Robert noticed me immediately, made eye contact, and with a simple gesture checked in to see what I needed. When I signaled that it was just water, he immediately said “I got you” and took care of it without hesitation, all while continuing to do his job and keep the line moving. That small moment made a huge impact. It showed awareness, care, and genuine customer service that you don’t see often anymore. It made me feel valued, not just processed. Because of that experience alone, I’m a 100% repeat customer. I’ve already been coming here more often, but now I’ll absolutely be back consistently. The entire staff deserves recognition as well. Everyone was working hard, appeared happy, and the food tasted amazing. As a manager myself, I truly appreciate seeing a team that’s engaged, positive, and clearly well led. Thank you to Robert and the entire Chipotle Magnolia team. Please keep people like him around they make all the difference.
