- GBGloria BojanJan 2, 20261.0Just went to grab my kids some dinner today at 8pm. The girl that was serving the food was super friendly, told us they ran out of white rice and had a wait but the wait wasn’t long, rice didn’t have cilantro. When we got to the register the girl there was super rude! She said we don’t have kids chips or fruit. I asked how come they don’t have chips for the kids when they have a bunch for adults, she threw her hands in the air saying that she doesn’t know. I had a reward for free chips so I got one bag and I asked to get an extra one since they didn’t have the kids ones, but I didn’t mean for free, I would’ve paid for it. She didn’t, so I went back, she asked someone if she can give me a bag because they don’t have the kids chips. The guy seemed very annoyed and went to the drive thru area, got 2 kids chips and gave it to her, she literally threw the chips in the bag. Even my little kids noticed that she was so rude and threw the food. Chips were super stale and the pico was tasting weird too. I’m very disappointed of the service, I can deal with some not some perfect food, like the chips being stale but not with bad and rude towards me from an employee when I gave her no reason to be upset.

Always out of something (tonight it’s cheese, last week it was ice tea and they won’t make more). The service is terrible. Rude or just uninterested on doing their job. I went once and the water wasn’t working in the building. I asked isn’t that against the health code and shouldn’t they close. They ignored my concern, so I left. Awful location.

The food was well portioned and delicious and a special thanks and shout out to the white guy with blonde hair that worked at the drive through tonight sround 8pm on 12-22 he was especially kind and accommodating the best customer service I have ever received besides chick fil a lol 😆 I was the lady that had the infant in the car.
