- LKLaura Kessner6 days ago1.0This is the worst chipotle ever. When you ask for double chicken and they don’t have it because they are ALWAYS out of main ingredients they will still charge you for the double. Employees don’t seem to care or put in any effort.

Like the food used to be so bad I wouldn’t even give it to my dogs. The food now has significantly improved and I am very satisfied with my not only the taste and quality of my food but also the quantity of food I got. The portions were finally good for the price that you pay. I will say customer service skills by the employees still need quite a bit of improvement as well as making sure to get peoples orders completely correct and making sure everyone gets what they ordered the first time. But the quality of food here has improved significantly so I am sure management is working on the rest! If you havnt been in awhile I suggest giving it another chance and hopefully you have a similar experience as me and your food is good. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

However, we decided to go again since it’s close to us and today the food & quality was great! I was surprised that the chicken was seasoned well and everything looked fresh. Portions were actually good! Hopefully they continue 🙂
