  Been here twice in the evening. Both times they were "only accepting cash" which is what lazy, unsupervised fast food workers do to drive away business. The Whataburger, McDonalds, and Bill Miller's drive throughs in adjacent lots had 10 to 15 cars in line. I was the only one in the Taco Bell line until I went to Whataburger. I wonder why?

  This taco bell is garbage. They made my food wrong. When I tried to have it addressed the manager Mark was very rude and aggressive. If you want good service and good food don't come here.

  Kiosks suck. Staff forgets your drink and then you stand at the counter like a dummy trying to get an employee’s attention just for a drink cup. Bring back social skills! Also, bring back real restaurants Mayor truck stop Gonzales. No more fast food, truck stops or data centers.

  Y'all suck can't make a order right for nothing and you call and she gose that is how you ordered it and i said no it's not and whoever was on the phone said I don't know what to tell you Y'all need to get your stuff together and make the right food and customers are always right and your supposed to keep them happy not upset

  Tuve una experiencia incómoda con el Manager Mark, usa lentes. Mientras hacia una orden , escuche unos comentarios que hizo abiertamente burlándose de la gente gorda. Los comentarios fueron innecesarios, poco profesionales y se presentaron como una burla en lugar de una broma. Independientemente de las opiniones personales, este tipo de comportamiento crea un ambiente poco acogedor e irrespetuoso. Espero que esto se aborde, porque todos merecen ser tratados con respeto básico.
