Mobile orders you can almost guarantee they are going to be wrong every time. I have not had a single pickup order be correct the past 3 times. Either the people they are hiring don't know how to read, or require adult supervision. To do their job correctly.

Out of all the restaurants there We had a bad experience at Subway with the young girl (employee) seemed agitated so some reason and took it out on us as we were trying to order. I ask her to please toast bread but without the meat..she threw the meat back into the tray and said she had asked me and said I never responded..which was a lie..as I was telling my husband about the bad customer service she said look if you don't like it you can go eat somewhere else I've had a bad day! My boss just left...I told my husband let's go. Where is the customer service training nowa days? I've gone to subways in Laredo and never have we been treated like we did at Lytle Tx. I hope this reaches the headquarters bc Subway in Laredo is one of many Laredoans favorite and our Laredo customer service exceeded expectations..

It was 8 PM and one of the employees asked me to not dine in and if i decided to dine in to please “not make a mess” because she was “trying to be somewhere” I get it when we have plans after work but it was 2 hours until closing!? In front of other customers she even made an employee rush an order to clock out because she so desperately wanted to leave.
