  We come to this sonic frequently and sadly they always seem to be inconvenienced by their customers and their orders. They have poor attitudes, their speakers that they use to communicate either are faint so we can’t hear them like the drive through or they can’t hear us at the drive up speakers. And instead of being polite and coming to complete, which has happened one time, they treat the customers poorly and with an attitude fit for a bad dog. Our orders seem alright. They seem distracted inside and the background noise has been frequently loud. Regardless, we as customers would like to be treated a little more kindly.

  lytle sonic has always failed to provide great consumer service. i’m paying $6 for an ice cream that isn’t even full or properly mixed. and was made completely wrong

  Legitimately the SLOWEST Sonic I have ever been to in my life. And that's saying something as it's been all across Texas. We have been waiting 15 minutes for 4 cheese sticks and a DP. Ridiculous.

  Lytle Tx Sonic was horrible tonight. Pulled up to the drive thru sat and waited for someone to take our order. WHEN someone finally asked us what we wanted and we told him ICE he said they weren’t selling ice tonight. Oh he was rude about it. So we just drove off after setting in line all that time. You never know what you will get from the employees in Lytle. Guess Castroville Tx beets you for service.
