- ARAdriana RochaJan 4, 20264.0This is my local HEB and shop here frequently. I like the service who's staff are very helpful when seeking items as well as the cashiers who are friendly and greet. Products are nicely displayed and usually available. The only complaint I have is that I like to shop early (to avoid crowds) and there is usually a lot of shockers in the eisles with boxes everywhere and have to make my way around and after in the way of products. Wish this was done during closing hours before store opens. Still prefer HEB over Wal-Mart for its product variation.

He was so polite , and handled all our groceries with care especially the bread and eggs. Thank you Eleazar for doing it right and caring about the items we purchased. Great employee!

- JJjmartinez1259Dec 28, 20252.0I come here very often, we're living in an RV at the moment so frequent stock ups are a thing. This night the service was subpar. A cashier by the name of Javier was very dismissive and rude. For starters, there wasn't a greeting when I was next in line. Not a huge deal on its own, but I take the experience as a whole. He didnt have a bagger to help him out so I decided to jump in and help. He didn't say thank you and when I came back around to pay, I had a few gift cards that I needed to use. Not knowing what to do, I hand the cards to him and he just points to the keypad while looking at something else. I get the cards swiped and wait for him to tell me that he's ready for the next method of payment. Again, while looking elsewhere, just plainly gives me the total. Finally when the receipt comes out, while looking at the computer, he hands me the receipt and without saying a word begins the next customer. I understand anyone can have a bad day, but when you're working customer service as I do as well, you try not to show it.
