  We eat alot of dominos, its always our go to for chain pizza. This place is in my top 3, they made everything to perfection. The service was excellent. My delivery driver was kind and polite. Thank you dominos!

  wasted money on a pizza I never ate. Opened the box, saw it and that was it. someone working there, saw this come across in the prep area, added their own touches of art with the pizza cutter, and then said "looks good". it was a pretty small order, but even with a 20% tip, this is what I shows up.

  My 87yr old mother went in and tried to order and pay for pizzas to be delivered the following day. The order was not discussed, the manager asked her to point to what she wanted instead. He declined taking her card telling her to pay at delivery. At delivery she was told it would have to be cash. She is recovering from a stroke. I believe they saw her as a easy target and discriminated because of her age. I assumed a new hire had done this as a mistake and found out it was a manager. The pizzas delivered were made incorrectly and old. I have filed a complaint and the franchise owner never responded. Dominos has gone downhill. In a small community more is to be expected.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a really frustrating experience at the Domino’s in Lumberton today. I called my order in at 5:00 PM while leaving Beaumont — my phone clearly shows the call on caller ID, and we talked for about 2–3 minutes. When I arrived, they were completely confused and said there was no pizza and that I never called, which is simply not true. I decided to reorder, but since I was already at the drive-thru window, I was told I’d have to park and come inside. Apparently they can take phone orders (even though mine got lost), but they can’t take an order at the window after already messing it up. That makes zero sense. After already wasting enough time, I wasn’t about to park and go inside to start over. Maybe the confusion was due to the employee’s very strange-looking contact lenses blocking her vision and hearing, because the whole interaction was completely disconnected from reality. Either way, I won’t be returning to this location.
