    Love visiting our local Arby's in Lumberton. Went in with husband and granddaughter. I ordered the Meat & 3, husband ordered a large combo and we ordered a 2 piece chicken strip kid's meal. Everything was good except for the chicken strips. They were hard and mostly burnt a very dark brown. Husband went back to counter and asked if they could please replace them because they could not be eaten. Girl at counter said, 'Sorry, no. We are not aloud to regulate them. That's the way they come out. But they are hard and burnt. Sorry, I can't." So we threw them away and gave her some of our food.

    I ordered the Au jus which is supposed to come toasted but wasn’t. It looked as if there was mold growing in the ketchup dispenser. The Dr Pepper had no Co2.

    Only two people working but they did a decent job. Food was OK. However the entire restaurant smelled like a dumpster.
