- CRCindy RileyMar 18, 20265.0I have avoided Dunkin Donuts for years because back in the day, the coffee was terrible. Now, I use the app and I get to choose what flavors, sweetners, milk, I want, or if I want sweet cold foam (yes, the answer is yes) in my coffee? What?! Now there's no way for my coffee to suck. It was DELICIOUS. And added bonus, Ginseng Han Solo got his very first pup cup. He says he approves! So! 5 stars from us. ♡ The service was fast, the food was delicious ($6.00 meal deal; I didn't even know hashbrowns could be so soft) and most of all? the people were friendly! ---Unlike their newer neighbor Shipleys (😡😡😡 don't even get me started there), Dunkin Donuts succeeded in ALL areas.

Then proceeded to tell me that my order was never entered in. I was already late for work from waiting in line for nothing, so I had to leave and now they won't refund my money either.. Say I have to come back to the store. The customer service line doesn't breathe in English and will not help with the issue either. I guess I'll go back to the store after work!
