- ACAJ CouttsApr 20, 20261.0This was easily the worst experience at Chick-fil-A I have ever had. We ordered food after the kids ball games, had to wait forever, and the order was almost 50% wrong. We ordered half/half and got unsweetened tea, the salad dressing was not included, the milkshake was entirely forgotten, and there were no straws. Dinner ended up being more stressful than if we had just made it after we got home.

Are you still here?” (Why would I be calling if we were still there??) I said no, we already got back home. She said in order to get the sandwich, we had to come get it now. When I said that wasn’t possible at the moment and asked if we could bring the receipt Monday to get it since it’s Saturday, she literally laughed and said, “Well didn’t you buy the sandwich to eat today and not Monday? We won’t be able to give you a sandwich unless you come today to get it, but it seems like you don’t want it today anyway so have a good day!” And then she was about to hang up, but I asked if we could be reimbursed since we paid for food we didn’t get. She said they don’t do that there! So I told her I would be calling corporate. I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A with rude staff before especially from a manager. Definitely not adhering to the standards of what Chick-fil-A claims to have.

The 30pc grilled are usually tender and juicy with the perfect grilled flavor. These tasted burnt and they were dry and inedible. My family's first time at this location and very disappointed.
- JSJames SloughApr 7, 20261.0Im sorry but I have given this store several chances and it never gets better. This has to be the slowest Chick-fil-A in the world. If not the world certainly slowest in Texas. Today I was the only car in the drive thru. I had ordered ahead online. And still sat at the window staring at the employees for 15 mins! Only to get cold food. It's a bad experience everytime. Go to the one in Beaumont if you want Chick-fil-A bad enough.
