At Roost we serve up some of the best sandwiches, soups, seafood, classic down home dishes and salads that you can find in all of East Texas. We're open 7 days a week, for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. We believe when you order and sandwich, you should get a sandwich with plenty of meat.. not a salad! Our sandwiches are piled high, so you won't leave our place hungry! We also believe in serving fresh, health-conscious ingredients. Our salads are made with fresh greens and all of our soups and chicken salads are made in-house.
