Today I called in an order for a pickup which is most times a dilemma, then when I got there to pick up my order, the computer system went down. The poor staff had a deer in the headlights look, and apologized profusely, but they had no idea how long it would be before I could get my food. Since I was not going to pay for cold food, I left. This is only one example of the issues experienced at this location, clearly poor management.
