We went through the drive through and the girl who was at the speaker said the dining room was closed. she then rattled off the ice creams So fast and practically whispered, we could not hear what ice creams they had in stock that day. I then told her I could not hear Her that She sounded far away and she didnt say a word. We did not get the ice cream pulled out of the drive thru and left. Mixed reviews lead me to believe its the employees who are ruining the experiences.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
