- ACAlina CJun 23, 20251.0We visited on a Monday afternoon and arrived to find the front Doors locked. It was 8 PM and Google Maps stated they closed at 10 PM. We went through the drive through and the girl who was at the speaker said the dining room was closed. she then rattled off the ice creams So fast and practically whispered, we could not hear what ice creams they had in stock that day. I then told her I could not hear Her that She sounded far away and she didnt say a word. We did not get the ice cream pulled out of the drive thru and left. Mixed reviews lead me to believe its the employees who are ruining the experiences.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
