  Tried to refuse me service because a 17 yr old said my car smelt like cigarettes. I’m 38 years old and yes I smoke… I had tossed a cigarette when I first pulled into their driveway. While waiting further up in line this girl approaches me and tells me there’s no smoking. I told her I wasn’t smoking. She proceeds to feed me a good one telling me “how cigarette smoke from outside can get inside the building and get into their syrups”. At this point I’m just done, clearly. I asked her do you see a cigarette anywhere, she approaches my car window closer and says “no but your car smells like cigarettes”. Um ok and? lol She basically asks me to leave which I then demanded to speak to their manager (at this point 3 of their workers are screaming at me to leave by the way and I had to yell above them to shut up so I could actually speak to the manager) who is also all of 20 yrs old and making excuses for the girl, not correctly even understanding what they underage employee just did. She got us our drinks, tried to charge me which I told I wasn’t paying for that kind of experience she then gave the drinks for free and we left, me absolutely shaking from the whole experience. I’ve literally NEVER in all my life experienced such HORRIBLE customer service, I mean my goodness. This was my first and ONLY trip to this company. Won’t be back. Also I’d like to add for corporate if this is ever read : For generations, the "coffee and a smoke" combo has been the standard fuel for working adults. From old-school diners to front porches, they go hand-in-hand. The fact that a coffee shop of all places has a staff so militantly opposed to the mere scent of tobacco shows how completely disconnected they are from the actual culture of the product they sell. This whole experience really highlights what 7 Brew actually is. It isn’t a real coffee house; it’s a hyper-sterilized, corporate sugar dispensary run by teenagers.

  I'd love to give this place a higher review, but today is the 3rd time they've messed up my order. I ordered a blackberry cobbler iced coffee and ended up with a regular iced coffee. And I just don't have the time in the morning to swing back through that line again for it to be fixed. The place is great when your orders right, but I'm 2/5 on orders being correct here already.

  Its a drive thru for coffee! There is no seating, except for in your vehicle. They have light snacks, but mainly serve Coffee, Teas, Lemonade, and Smoothies.

  I love this place down to the ground. I love this location because Q that works there is the only one who gets my pink mermaid energy in ice…with the pinta colada “smoothie” mix. I know it’s a lot of fixin’ but she doesn’t mind 💜💜💜😋

  Do yourself a favor and go to Lufkin 7Brew. The energy there is unmatched — the music, the vibes, the kindness… it’s just a whole experience, not just a coffee stop. And we HAVE to shout out our favorite girl Kelly. Her energy is absolutely incredible every single time. She’s always smiling, hyping everyone up, remembering orders, and making every visit feel personal. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does and the people she serves, and that kind of dedication shows. She’s a huge reason we keep coming back! Honestly, the entire crew there is amazing. Everyone is friendly, fast, and brings the best attitude every single time. The drinks always hit the spot, whether it’s coffee or an energy drink, and don’t even get me started on the muffin tops… they are the perfect sweet treat and seriously so good. 7 Brew isn’t just coffee — it’s good vibes, great people, and consistently delicious drinks. We’ll keep coming back again and again! ☕️✨I post almost every trip on my TikTok (xo..cori), which is usually 2-6 times a DAY!
