Visited with church group and this poor worker was being berated and abused the entire time, I had to calm my children down because of how upsetting it was. This same manager allowed over 10 cars to leave the drive thru with NO ASSISTANCE. If you're the franchise owner, I would seriously reconsider who you have as your managers. Check your cam footage, you'll see just how much business they drive away. Needless to say, I will never return. Over 15 people witnessed this same experience, safe to say you've lost all of them.
